Acne... the arch enemy.

Everyone has it... or has had it to some extent. I'm posting about this because it is a huge villain to me. We are continuously at war. No amount of lotion, lensing method or diet has broken this forever continuous feud.

But my fellow companions, a miraculous discovery was presented to me recently. A face mask that actually helps! 

I definitely recommend... the instructions also recommend it for other skin problems.

method...

1 tsp of powder

...

mixed with a small amount of water or cider vinegar until it forms a paste.

Spread a thin layer across your face.

(I have found a thinner layer is better because it get tighter and pulls more poisons out)

*It will pull and you can feel it when it dries + might be red in the face for about 30 mins after.
